Casa da Tia Celeste II is a ground-floor unit of a traditional house, situated in a rural area by the sea, and is ideal for two people. The house was recently fully renovated and divided into three accommodations, which share the pool and sun terrace. This accommodation is approximately 33 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.6x2.0 m), a living area with a kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The accommodation also includes a private parking space on the property. There is a washing machine and a dryer in a shared space for the three accommodations. It is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. LOCATION The property is located in Lugar de Baixo, which has the best climatic conditions on the island of Madeira. It is situated in a rural area about 100 m from the sea.

There are restaurants and cafes, as well as the Banana Museum and a pebble beach, approximately 400 m away, which is about a 7-minute walk. About 1 km away is the center of Ponta do Sol village, where there are restaurants, cafes, and a beach. Levada do Moinho and Levada Nova, which are recommended walking trails with fabulous scenery, are about 4 km away. Within a few kilometers, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. In the vicinity, various outdoor activities are possible, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports. The property has access to major road networks. NOTES A car is recommended for this location, and free parking is available on the property. Due to the climate, there are also insects and geckos in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted by food scraps.

For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and geckos, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area. Cleaning is done before guests arrive, and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels. CONDITIONS 1.

Parties or behavior that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbors are not allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborly noise is prohibited. 2.

An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.

Flexible arrival time self-check-in is available via a key safe, the code for which is created and sent on the day of arrival.

For in-person check-in, appointment scheduling is required, and there is a 60-minute waiting time, after which a new appointment may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.

Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification data to comply with legal requirements. 5.

Any breakdowns, incidents, or cleaning issues must be reported as soon as they are detected so that they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay.

Problems communicated late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6.
