Casa da Tia Celeste III is an independent unit on the ground floor of a traditional house, set in a rural area by the sea, and is ideal for two people. The house has been fully renovated recently and divided into three accommodations, which share a swimming pool and sundeck. This accommodation is approximately 20 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.6x2.0 m), a living area with a kitchen and dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The accommodation also includes a private parking space on the property. There is a shared washing machine and dryer for the three accommodations. It is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The property is located in the village of Lugar de Baixo, which boasts the best climatic conditions on the island of Madeira. It is set in a rural area about 100 m from the sea.

Restaurants and cafes, as well as the Banana Museum and a pebble beach, are about 400 m away, approximately a 7-minute walk. The center of Ponta do Sol village, with restaurants, cafes, and a beach, is about 1 km away. Levada do Moinho and Levada Nova, which are recommended hiking trails with fabulous scenery, are about 4 km away. Just a few kilometers away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. In the vicinity, various outdoor activities are possible, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports. The property has access to major road networks. NOTES A car is recommended for this location, and free parking is available on the property. Due to the climate, there are also insects and geckos in the rural surroundings, which may be attracted by food scraps.

For those who are not comfortable with the presence of insects and geckos, we do not recommend accommodation in a rural area. Cleaning is performed before guests arrive, and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels. CONDITIONS 1.

Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.

An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.

Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe, the code for which is generated and sent on the day of arrival.

For in-person check-in, arrival time must be scheduled, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.

Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification data to comply with legal requirements. 5.

Any breakdowns, incidents, or cleaning failures must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be checked and addressed promptly during the stay.

Problems reported late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6.

Guests should inform us about any allergies, conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
