Contemporary detached house located 300 m from the beach in a hamlet.
Ground floor: large living room/kitchen of 50m2 with French doors opening onto the garden and pool, 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room, toilet, utility room with washing machine.
First floor: 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shower room, toilet.
At your disposal: garden, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
The little extra: heated outdoor pool of 28m2 at 28°C with a depth of 1.50m, open from early May to late September.
You will appreciate this cottage located in the Abers region, only 250 m from the beach.
Excellent location for exploring from the Brest coast to the Bay of Morlaix, discovering the wild and unspoiled coastline.
You can take the GR 34 coastal path or enjoy swimming in the beautiful beaches near our cottage.
Discover the Abers, Le Conquet, Pointe St Mathieu, Landunvez, Portsall, Kerlouan (Menéham site with summer entertainment).
A trip to an island, like Batz Island, Molène, or Ouessant, is well worth the detour for a complete change of scenery.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la "Villa d’Alexandrine". La maison, très récente et aménagée de façon moderne et spacieuse, bénéficie notamment d’une grande piscine et d’un bon emplacement proche des plages. L’accueil a été correct et conforme aux attentes.

Le gîte est très bien situé (à 200m de la plage et un tout petit peu plus du port de Portsall). La piscine est chauffée et très agréable (et dissuade un peu de se baigner en mer :).Comme on peut le voir sur les photos, le gîte est très récent et bénéficie de tout le confort moderne, ce qui est très agréable. Bref, nous avons bcp apprécié notre week-end prolongé !
