Access to a sandy beach through a path.
The house is set between Roscoff and Perros Guirec (pink granite coast), at the entrance of the Bay of Morlaix.
Shellfishing is possible among the rocks near the beach.
The wanderers will love the Pointe de Primel and the GR34 footpath along the coastline towards Locquirec or the Bay of MOrlaix.

Jolie maison bien équipée située en front de mer pour profiter de la station vintage Primel-Trégastel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous guident au besoin sur les possibilités que recèlent cette agréable ville de Plougasnou et la fantastique baie de Morlaix.

La maison est idéalement placée face à la mer et ses rochers, à 20 m. de la plage, et elle est très agréable, avec un vaste séjour et deux terrasses. Elle est bien équipée (le sèche-linge est bien utile), même si quelques ajouts pourraient être fait à la batterie de cuisine. Globalement elle justifie son prix élevé.
