We are proud to present this fantastic country Villa with an additional self-contained one-bedroom Casita located in the town of Catral. Set in a large walled garden of approx. 3000m2, with an outdoor kitchen and bar with many different seating and dining areas. There is also a children's play park, a hard multi-purpose sports court, and a private pool is that measures approx. 13x7. This is the perfect place for a family to come and stay. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals.
As you enter the house via the wrap-around terrace, you are greeted with a fully open plan modern, bright property. A new ducted A/C system has been added throughout the house. The lounge is open plan and decorated in a modern style, here you will find a three-person sofa as well as an armchair, all of which are extendable. There is a four-person dining table between the living area and the American-style kitchen, here you will find all the necessary integrated white goods to have a comfortable self-catering stay. There are two sets of double doors leading onto the terrace, which floods the room with light. From the terrace, there is a staircase to a solarium where you get amazing views of the countryside and mountains beyond, giving you some amazing sunsets.
Along the hallway, there are three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside cabinets as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. It also boasts direct access out into the garden via double doors. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin single beds. The family bathroom has also been fully renovated in a modern finish. Under the stairwell of the house is a laundry room and this houses the boiler. The house benefits from new solar panels.
The Casita is a fully self-contained 1-bedroom apartment, perfect for families with older children or traveling with grandparents, as they have their own space. You enter via the lovely outdoor covered terrace, which is big enough for lounging or dining al fresco. Going inside, you have a large open-plan lounge with a kitchen. From the main living area, you enter the bedroom where there is a double bed and a modern shower room.
Within the property's compound, you also have use of its ample private pool (approx. 13x7), a summer kitchen with a bar, a children's play area, and a large hard multi-sports court. This property is located in the lovely country lanes of Catral, it is approximately a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk (flat, no hills) into the heart of this bustling Spanish town. Catral has all the main amenities, including bars and restaurants, supermarkets, the nearest being Hiperber supermarket, which is within a 5-minute drive. The closest beaches are Playa de Pinet or Playa de la Marina, both are within a 20–25-minute drive of the property.
This property also has the bonus of being 10 minutes' drive from the Catral/Alabatera train station, from there you can catch the “cercanias” train down to Murcia or up to Alicante and beyond. For airports, it is approximately 25 minutes from Alicante Airport, 35 minutes from Murcia Airport.
