Deeply attached to this hamlet where his family has its roots, Fabrice perpetuates the memory of his grandfather, a wheelwright, who set up his carpentry workshop in part of the house.
Some of his tools are still preserved and bear witness to this artisanal expertise. The house features a pleasant garden with a gravel terrace.
Its privileged location, directly on the lake, allows you to fully enjoy swimming, fishing, walks, and hikes in a natural and peaceful setting.
