Falmouth Bay 2 is a first-floor apartment that consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is designated parking for 1 car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub, within 0.1 miles a beach and within 1.4 miles, a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Enjoy a seaside break at Falmouth Bay 2. Note: The Building entrance is to the side of the property. Note: Stairs lead up to the entrance door, please take care. Note: A Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP is required.
