Starfish House is a beautifully presented three-storey house situated in the centre of the seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset.
Arranged over three floors, this property is conveniently located close to a range of cafés, bars, and bistros, making this a fantastic choice for holidaymakers looking for a seaside break at any time of year. Much improved over the years, this characterful cottage has been renovated to a high standard with some lovely personal touches throughout.
The stylish lounge with adjoining dining room is a bright and welcoming room, providing the perfect spot for enjoying meals together or relaxing after your day’s activities.
Located towards the rear of the cottage, the wonderfully stylish kitchen with feature AGA is flooded with light from the skylight window.
A truly sociable space, doors open out to a charming courtyard garden, a secluded spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine.
Arranged over three floors, you will find two double bedrooms located on the first-floor.
A further flight of stairs takes you to the third bedroom, a spacious king-size room with vaulted ceiling and enjoying views towards the sea. With a choice of two bathrooms, a superb ground-floor shower room, and a second-floor bathroom with bath and shower over, you can start the day with a refreshing shower or a soak in the bubbles. Starfish House consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and living/dining room with dining seating for six people and Smart TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and a second-floor king-size, along with a second-floor bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard garden with patio and furniture and one parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space). Within 0.1 miles, you will find a pub and beach, within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Starfish House is the perfect place for a seaside stay. Note: Some low ceilings, so take care.

Really light and warm cottage, very clean and well equipped . Good and close to the centre of town and even though on a road no real traffic noise at all. Overall a great base for a new year getaway. Service and communication from Sykes and Lyme holidays excellent. Thank you!
