Miners Rest is a traditional cottage tucked away in the charming town of Blaenau Ffestiniog, Gwynedd.
Boasting a toasty woodburning stove, stunning mountain views, and proximity to the renowned Eryri National Park, this home welcomes families and friends, idyllic for a tranquil escape to Wales.
Set within the area known as the 'roof of the world' due to the exceptional quality of the local slate, Miners Rest offers a quaint retreat for nature lovers and avid walkers in the beauty of the Welsh landscape.
Step inside Miners Rest and you will be greeted by a snug and inviting open-plan living space, complete with a kitchen featuring exposed brick, a breakfast bar seating area, and a sitting area with a woodburning stove set within a charming slate inglenook fireplace.
Sink into the large corner sofa and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table with access to the rear garden, where you can soak in the stunning mountain views and watch the railway pass by.
As you make your way upstairs, you will find two well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV for lazy mornings in bed.
The first bedroom boasts exposed brick walls and a Velux window, while the second bedroom offers a unique triple bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above.
After a day of exploring the surrounding area, relax and unwind in the gorgeous bathroom, featuring a bath with a shower over.

Miners Rest consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, breakfast bar, a dining room with a dining table, a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail, WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a double and triple bunk (single above, double below), both with TVs. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with gravel and patio, an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravel, furniture, and free roadside parking on Glanypwll Road. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Four well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Find your perfect escape at Miners Rest. Note: Extra 20GBP per dog charge.
