First Light is an elegant Victorian town house located in the heart of the coastal town of Pakefield, Lowestoft. The property has been beautifully renovated to retain the original features whilst combining modern touches throughout, creating a wonderful holiday home for families and friends to create happy memoires.
Set across three floors, with a spacious sitting room with wood-burning stove, kitchen/dining room, utility room and shower room on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and family bathroom spread out across the first floor, with two further bedrooms and shower room on the second floor.
Ground floor
A mixture of carpet and hard flooring runs through the ground floor.
Sitting Room
Sitting at the front of the property with double aspect views. A great space for everyone to enjoy, complete with three comfortable sofas, an array of coffee tables, large Smart TV and wood-burning stove.
Kitchen/dining Room
A galley style kitchen offers everything needed to cook up a storm, including a waist height electric oven, induction hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
A stylish wooden dining table sits with two large benches for guests to enjoy quality meal times.
Utility room
Located off the kitchen, with additional storage space, washing machine and sink.
Shower Room
Perfectly located for washing off those sandy toes after a day enjoying the local beach. Featuring a shower, wash basin and WC.

Located at the front of the property, with glimpses of the sea. A wonderful size room offer a sumptuous super-king bed with bedside tables and stylish lamps. There is a hanging rail, full length mirror and chest of drawers for your belongings

Perfect for adults or children to enjoy, with two full size single beds both with their own bedside table and lamp. There is a hanging rail for your belongings.
Family Bathroom
A stylish bathroom awaits with a gorgeous clawfoot bath, walk in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Traditional steep carpeted stairs lead to the second floor landing.
Bedroom 3
Enjoying sea views over the treetops, this room offers a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a dressing table and stool with mirror above, full length mirror and hanging rail for your belongings.

Outside
First Light offers an enclosed paved courtyard garden with and outdoor dining set. The owners have created an area with an outside tap for washing off those sandy toes or muddy paws. There is a gate leading onto the rear path where you can wheel bikes to store in the garden.
Pakefield road and surrounding roads offer unrestricted on-road parking on a first come basis.
You can enjoy a hearty meal, check out local produce, or try out fishing, and there is also the fantastic Africa Alive Zoological Reserve housing many amazing animals. With a stunning local beach, try out watersports, wild swimming or simply paddle along the waves and take in the salty air and scenic views. There are many more beaches nearby, and nature enthusiasts will love a trip to Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, ideal locations for birdwatching. There is also a selection of museums within easy reach, including East Anglia Transport Museum, Lowestoft Museum and Beccles & District Museum, as well as walks through the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests can also visit the fantastic seaside town of Southwold. There is something for everyone with a stay at First Light.
