Sea Breeze is a pretty, mid terraced cottage resting in Swanage, and is walking distance from Swanage sea front on the Jurassic coast in Dorset.
Sea Breeze has lovely views of the Purbeck hills, and with pet-friendly accommodation, it is an ideal base for a family and their four-legged companion looking for a getaway to Dorset.
On arrival guests can park one car on the drive next to the adjoining cottage.
Additional parking is available at Bell Street, just 50 meters from the cottage.
A few steps take them to the front path which leads them into this character cottage.
Entrance into a hall with a downstairs cloakroom then a door leads into a welcoming lounge with an electric woodburning effect fire to enjoy a comfortable time watching tv lounging on one the sofas admiring the countryside view. A door leads through to the kitchen diner which is fully equipped to provide a home to home experience.
Dine in front of the French doors open to the patio beyond or on a summers night relax on the table and chairs whilst enjoying a glass of Pimms. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one twin room and a double offering an en-suite shower room whilst the family bathroom has a bath option ideal for the little ones at the end of a day at the sandy beach or wash away the remnants of crabbing on the jetty. Take advantage of the wide array of local attractions with the steam train on your doorstep and the ferry to take you to Poole and the world recognised Sandbanks; Corfe Castle is just a short drive away and an abundance of Dorset’s hot spots as well as Wareham, the Blue Pool, neighbouring Studland with its long sandy beaches and safe sea to choose from. Sea Breeze is in a superb location to offer a wealth of attractions to suit all ages, sporting and leisure activities for the traditional seaside holiday there can be no better choice. Swanage is also home to an array of events throughout the year, which include jazz, comedy, folk and blues festivals, a huge summer carnival and fabulous walking events. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a read enclosed garden with patio and furniture, front enclosed patio, plus off-road parking for one car. Additional parking available at Bell street, just 50 meters from the cottage. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub, and within 1.2 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Nice well equipped house with the extra welcome goodies much appreciated. Good location for access to Swanage facilities. Parking space is tight for a big car but not a big issue. Couple of little niggles, wheelie bin was full when we got there and the cistern in the main bathroom had a sticky valve...

Sea Breeze is in a great location and is kitted out with what we needed for our 3 night stay. Lovely little garden, good level of decor and useful to have some guaranteed parking. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in a very beautiful part of the UK. The photos don't do this cottage justice.

We loved the cottage as it was a great base for our short break in Swanage with our dog. We only stayed a couple of days but it had everything we needed , only a 30 minute walk from the sea front and green space. The accommodation was small but well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. The parking was sufficient but slightly awkward, this should perhaps be highlighted in the listing.
