There’s a kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, alongside a living/dining room. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a front garden with lawn, and roadside parking available. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 1 miles. Swans Nest is a delightful retreat in Falmouth. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Property is near a lake. Level walk to Swanpool beach, Swanpool lake and is near the nature reserve. Note: Bookings at this property can only start on either a Friday or a Monday.
