I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. For added convenience, the property also includes a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during your stay. The house accommodates guests with ease across five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms: four with double beds and one with a single bed. Each room is fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, so you have everything you need to refresh and unwind. The highlight of the property is the inviting outdoor space.
It boasts a private pool for cooling off on warm summer days, a barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining, and a sun deck complete with loungers and a seating area where you can relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. The property was just what we needed, without traffic it only took around 25 minutes to reach the city centre by car. The house has a lot of character and plenty of space. The host was very responsive and flexible.

Fantastic villa for a really good price We particularly loved the private garden and swimming pool area. The Villa was very clean, well situated, really good rooms with air conditioning. There is a lot of room, so excellent for a group or large family.
