I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest bus stop, Av. de Gaietana - Núria, is just a 2-minute walk.

Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. The property was just what we needed, without traffic it only took around 25 minutes to reach the city centre by car. The house has a lot of character and plenty of space. The host was very responsive and flexible.
