Beautiful 2-room apartment for 4 people on the 1st floor with elevator in the Paradis Latin building, Le Palatium entrance, in the hills above Montgenèvre.
This apartment comprises:
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
- a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160 cm), opening onto a south-facing balcony, which leads to:
- a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, mini-fridge, microwave, 4-burner electric cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
- a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet, as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation includes a garage; parking spaces are available in front of the building, subject to availability.
A free shuttle bus stop is located in front of the building.
Good to know: the apartment may not include cleaning products or condiments, so please bring your own. Linens are not included in the rental.

Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé à une grosse exception : le matelas de la chambre !
Le matelas de la chambre mériterai d'être changé, les ressorts sont très fatigués ce qui fait un lit pas confortable et les ressorts grincent à chaque fois que l'on bouge dans le lit.
Une très bonne semaine avec de la neige et du soleil

L' accès au garage conduit à l' ascenseur pour monter au logement ce qui est très pratique.
La vue du balcon est aussi très appréciable.
