The interior is extremely spacious, featuring numerous relaxation areas, sofas, a TV area, a play area, a dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. A second bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the ground floor and has exclusive, independent access.

Outside, you can sunbathe on the lounge chairs, by the pool, or on the green lawn; benches, small sofas, a hammock, and a swing are also available.

The villa consists of three floors; the ground floor, with its garden and pool, is entirely reserved for guests—it is independent and has a separate entrance—while the owners reside on the other two floors. Guests are guaranteed complete privacy; the owners will only, periodically—and at times such as early in the morning or late at night—collect trash and maintain the pool, always in consultation with the guests.
