The fully air-conditioned gîte comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge (TV with soundbar), a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms: one with a 160/200 double bed and two bedrooms each with two 90/200 single beds, a separate toilet, and a bathroom.
You also have a private terrace equipped with a plancha, overlooking a closed interior courtyard (shared with another gîte).
For your entertainment, there is a pétanque area for all ages with equipment provided, as well as some games for children.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided.
You are responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning (an optional service is available for €70 from the owner), which includes washing dishes, emptying bins, and placing used bed linen and towels in the laundry room, cleaning floors, bathrooms, etc. Located in the center of the triangle formed by Epernay with its Champagne cellars, Verdun with its battlefields, and Lac du Der with its beaches and marina, Nathalie and Francis welcome you to the countryside in their fully renovated former farmhouse, featuring an industrial style and a closed interior courtyard, all year round.
Situated in the countryside, 10 minutes from Chalons en Champagne and 15 minutes from Vitry le François, you will find peace and comfort here to relax and reconnect with friends or family. Our gîte is located in the heart of the countryside, offering a peaceful environment for you to recharge.
