Maison fonctionnelle proche commerces (Boulangerie,pharmacie,épicerie) et surtout à 11 minutes du centre ville comme de la gare ou du lycée Jean Talon.Location parfaite dans le cadre des oraux des concours capes et agrégation car véritablement au calme, 2 chambres équipées de bureau et une bonne literie.L’extérieur est vraiment un plus.Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.Très bon séjour.
