This holiday apartment, completed in 2025, is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach and right next to the pier.

Here you can hear the sound of the waves and the seagulls circling over the Baltic Sea. This apartment welcomes you with an open living and dining area that offers a view of the sparkling Baltic Sea.

Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa set.

A large flat-screen TV is also available, inviting you to cozy movie nights.

From here, you can also access the large balcony, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and from which you can also step out onto the balcony.

The room is equipped with a double bed for wonderful holiday dreams, and thanks to a large wardrobe, the room also offers sufficient storage space.

A flat-screen TV is also located here.

The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in shower and is otherwise comfortably furnished. Your holiday luggage can be stored in the utility room. During your stay, you can conveniently park your vehicle in your own parking space in the underground garage (2m entrance height!).

There is also a shared basement room that you can use for bike racks or bicycles.
