This family- and pet-friendly holiday home offers a sunny terrace & large fenced garden – perfect for kids and pets. In summer, 2 parking spaces are available at the house. In winter, paid parking is at Parkplatz Schneeberg (local fee), from where the house is a few minutes’ walk. The last 100 m lead over a ski slope, giving direct access to the ski area in winter and to beautiful hikes & nature experiences in summer
Nestled in the gentle mountains of the Tyrolean lowlands lies the idyllic Thiersee - a true natural paradise at any time of year. In summer, the crystal-clear, emerald-green lake invites you to swim, paddle or pedalo, while well-maintained hiking and cycling trails start right on the doorstep. Perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and romantic winter hikes. Cultural highlights such as the Passion Play or excursions to nearby Kufstein round off the wide range of leisure activities on offer. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
Parkplatz is included with stay from April to November.

De ligging en het uitzicht.
Huis heel sfeervol ingericht, schoon, mooie kamers, openhaard, fijne badkamer.
We kregen de douche niet altijd goed warm.
We zijn niet fysiek ontvangen door de host, maar hebben bij aankomst zelf telefonisch contact gelegd. Dat werkte voor ons prima maar het staat anders in de omschrijving.
