Villa Waterrijk MIVA 3 – Accessible, playful and surprisingly spacious
Villa Waterrijk MIVA 3 is not your average holiday home — it’s a wheelchair-friendly, child-friendly villa full of playful details and smart solutions.
The spacious, bright living room offers a comfy seating area with smart TV, a large dining table with chairs and a cosy sofa.
The luxury kitchen has everything you need: induction hob, oven, combi-microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine for your favourite coffee moments. On the ground floor you’ll find 2 bedrooms: one specially designed for children and wheelchair users, with cheerful wallpaper, a desk and a gaming chair.
The second bedroom features a clever fold-away double bed in a cupboard — perfect for creating more space during the day.
Upstairs on the mezzanine you’ll find a large mattress with TV for your own private cinema, plus an extra kids’ play area (note: limited headroom). The bathroom is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, including grab bars at the toilet and shower.
Outside, you can relax on the large rooftop terrace with lounge chairs or unwind in the garden with a luxury lounge set, sunbeds and beautiful water views.
The private jetty is wheelchair accessible — ideal for enjoying the waterside together.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war alles da. Sehr einfach und ohne Türen zu den Schlafräumen. Für ein paar Tage eine schicke kleine Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht.
