It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 1,500 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 1,500 m² private, unfenced garden
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally located in Saulxures, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Walks and hikes on the trails of the Champ du Feu massif, the Climont circuit or towards the Cascade de la Serva waterfall
- Discover the local heritage: Saint-Barthélemy church, Oberlin Museum and the Alsace Wine Route
