Beautiful 70 m2 two-story apartment with parking and a 5-minute walk from the suburban train station, providing access to Atocha and all of Madrid's attractions. The area boasts restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, as well as easy access to the Mad Cool festival.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room with a seating area with a sofa bed, another fold-out double bed, air conditioning, and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
- A bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning upstairs.
- A bathroom with a shower upstairs.
- A toilet downstairs.
The entire apartment is also connected to Wi-Fi. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best possible stay for guests.
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we require identification information for all travelers over 15 years of age.
- This information will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
