Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Boulogne Jean-Jaurès (line 10), is just a 10-minute walk. Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this house requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. This spacious and stylishly decorated 200m² house is ideally located near top attractions, including the famous Roland Garros stadium. Spread across three open floors, the house offers a bright and inviting living room with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining area for four.

Step outside to the private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful moment in the seating area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals—stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery—along with an additional dining table for shared meals.

For your convenience, the house also provides a washer and ironing equipment. The five bedrooms feature four double beds (120 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 200), all prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is professionally cleaned before every stay. Please note: due to the stairs, the house is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
