3-star T3 apartment, 60 m², on a raised ground floor (6 steps) of a small residence, just 300 meters from Trescadec Beach.
Enjoy a variety of water sports here, including surfing, windsurfing, catamaran, paddleboarding, and canoeing.
The local water sports center is nearby.
Saint-Julien Beach is 600 meters away, restaurants are within 500 and 600 meters, and a seafood market is 200 meters away.
The ferry to Île de Sein is 2 km away.
The town center, with its port, shops, and a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, is 1 km away.
The location is ideal, and you won’t always need a car. A shared storage room is available for bikes and windsurf boards.
One small pet is welcome with its own bedding. The T3 apartment has been fully renovated, with new equipment and double glazing.

Fully equipped, modern kitchen (all appliances are new). Dining and living area with a three-seater sofa, armchair, TV, Wifi, DVD player, DVDs, and games. Check-in from 4 p.m. Please notify one hour before arrival via the booking platform, as the owner is not on site. Electricity: from May 1 to September 30, included.
From October 1 to April 30, usage is available for an extra charge.
