The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan and iron. Outdoors: - A south/east-facing terrace of approximately 10 m², and a garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Toulouse, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Go for a walk, a run or a cycle ride along the banks of the Garonne, which are within walking distance. - Enjoy the Parc de la Ramée to relax, go for a walk or play golf, just a 10-minute drive away. - Explore the historic centre of Toulouse (Capitole, Saint-Sernin, Carmes…), a 15–20-minute tram ride away. - Enjoy a varied programme of concerts, shows and events at the Zénith de Toulouse, just a 10-minute walk away. - Immerse yourself in the world of aviation at the Aéroscopia museum and Let’s Visit Airbus in Blagnac. - Explore the Cité de l’Espace and enjoy a unique scientific experience, a 25-minute drive away. La tranquillité, le calme, la place de parking dans la résidence, TRAM à proximité. Tout est fourni, draps, serviettes, nécessaire de lave linge et lave-vaisselle, électroménager au complet, petit bémol pas de protège oreillers .
Le petit extérieur mériterait un meilleur aménagement pour en profiter pleinement.
Le rapport qualité prix est très bien.
Nous y reviendrons surement.
Dans l'annonce un jacuzzi y est installé et le détail de mise en route y est formulé. Nous l'avons chercher en vain.

Le soir en arrivant le portail sécurisé était ouvert, mais le lendemain matin impossible de sortir, la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. j'ai appelé via le numéro four...
