The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath and WC For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside: - A jacuzzi for 2 people available on request only - A south/east-facing terrace of around 10 m² and a garden with furniture for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant area.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities: - Walk, run or cycle along the banks of the Garonne, accessible on foot. - Enjoy the Parc de la Ramée to relax, walk or play golf, 10 minutes away by car. - Discover the historic centre of Toulouse (Capitole, Saint-Sernin, Carmes, etc.), 15-20 minutes away by tram. - Enjoy a varied programme of concerts, shows and events at the Zénith de Toulouse, just a 10-minute walk away. - Immerse yourself in the world of aeronautics at the Aéroscopia museum and Let's Visit Airbus in Blagnac. - Explore the Cité de l'Espace and enjoy a unique scientific experience, 25 minutes away by car.
