Located in a residential area close to local shops, main roads and the historic city center of Strasbourg. Our cottage is located at the back of our house on a wooded plot of 16 ares entirely on one level. Upstairs is a cottage for 2 people. Gite labeled Gites de France city break prinium. Rated 3 stars. Close to the forest nature reserve. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, oven, microwave, crockery, toaster, hob, fridge, freezer) open to the living room with direct access to the private terrace equipped with garden furniture. The first bedroom has a double bed 160*200 bed made on arrival and towels provided. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 90*200 that can be converted into 1 double bed 180*200 on request. Bed made on arrival and towels provided. 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with walk-in double. Washing machine. Underfloor heating. Fireplace.
You can quickly access the historic city center of Strasbourg by bike, public transportation or go to the rest of Alsace or Germany.
For your comfort, a private parking lot is available within the property.

Logement très propre, récemment rénové, bien adapté pour une famille de 4 à 5 personnes.Localisation agréable dans la zone verte au sud de Strasbourg. L'accès le plus commode et le plus rapide à la ville se fait par le tram, comme indiqué dans la notice descriptive. Pour les déplacements en voiture...
