Enter through a private gated entrance leading to two dedicated parking spaces right outside the annex. Step inside through a private front door into a welcoming hallway, where you'll find a serene double bedroom featuring a Super King bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and wardrobevfor storage.
Upstairs, a sleek modern shower room awaits, followed by an elegant open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. Sink into the comfy sofa, enjoy meals at the dining table, and make full use of a well-equipped kitchen boasting a dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, and under-counter fridge.
Just beside the annex, within the estate, you'll find a private swimming pool, available to exclusively rent for an additional charge. The estate also provides its own private gate leading directly to the top of Rodborough Common, where breathtaking views over the Stroud Valleys complete this truly idyllic retreat.

🏊♂️ The swimming pool can be rented exclusively for an additional £30 per night.
☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar, coffee pods too for the coffee machine.
☕ We also provide salt pepper and oil for guests.
🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 4 pillows on the Super King Bed. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A shower mat is provided in the shower room.
🚿 Toiletries: 2-in-1 Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are provided, as well as toilet paper too.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services.
If you need additional items or housekeeping for shorter stays, please contact us for availability and pricing.
⚠️ For Fire Safety, BBQs are not allowed at this property. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

Thank you for choosing to stay in our home, where we take pride in offering a property of luxurious finish and exceptional quality. To ensure your experience is as enjoyable as possible while preserving the condition of this special home, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the street away from the premises. Please be mindful when handling luggage or belongings to avoid any damage to the walls.
We aim to provide you with the most comfortable stay. If you experience any issues, please let us know upon check-in, and we will address them swiftly. Out of respect for the other residents on the estate, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Additionally, guests must refrain from socialising outdoors after 9pm and the pool cannot be used after this time.
Shoes must be removed on any carpeted areas to maintain their pristine condition, and all waste must be placed in the bins provided. While we do allow events, we kindly remind guests that all other rules must still be adhered to. Under no circumstances can banners or balloons be taped or tacked to the walls to preserve the immaculate finish of the property.
