Welcome to this house for 6 people.
Inside, you will find a large 36m² living room with a lounge/game area with a foosball table opening onto the terrace/pool, a dining room opening onto a wooden terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed opening onto a terrace, and a shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) or a double bed (180x200) (to be specified at the time of booking), and a toilet with a sink.
Outside, you will have a terrace on the dining room side with a barbecue, table, and chairs, a terrace on the pool side with garden furniture + illuminated bar + 3 loungers + 3 armchairs, and finally a covered 7x4m swimming pool, 1.5m deep, heated from mid-April to the end of September, between 27° and 29°.
There is a counter-current swimming system and an electric safety cover.
In the pantry, you will find the washing machine and dryer.

Excellente semaine passée en famille (5 adultes) dans cette confortable et jolie maison. Équipement de qualité. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Un seul bémol il faudrait une salle d'eau à l'étage.

Le gîte est tout confort et idéalement placé à 2 pas de la Côte de Granit Rose. Equipement en suffisance et de qualité, piscine chauffée (30deg), pouvant être couverte et à vue pour la surveillance des enfants. Ce fut un réel plus au vue de la météo bretonne capricieuse lors de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques et restent à disposition au besoin.
