The entire ground floor is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
It includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink, and a wall-hung toilet.
A spacious bedroom (one 140x200 cm bed), facing south, opens directly through French doors onto the wooden terrace of the garden.
The living room, with its TV area, its old alcove bed used for storing dishes, and the fitted kitchen, is bright and functional with a dining area and a 1812 oak sideboard.
