In a small, quiet cul-de-sac, between the town center and the quays, a charming, fully renovated house, attached to the owners' house with complete independence.
On the ground floor, it has a kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room, and a toilet with a washbasin.
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a large bathroom with an Italian shower, a vanity unit, and a laundry cabinet, and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, in the attic, there is a lovely slanted space with a 140x190 double bed and a relaxation area.
Outside, there is a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture and an electric awning, and a enclosed garden (walls and slatted screens).
Public parking nearby.
Small town cottage located in Châteaulin, halfway between North and South Finistère.
Direct access to the Bay of Douarnenez and the Crozon Peninsula, where you can discover our beautiful white sandy beaches.
Or head inland to discover Mont Saint Michel de Brasparts, the Huelgoat chaos, and many other authentic places.
Châteaulin is also one of the last stops on the Nantes-Brest Canal.
You can therefore walk, hike, or cycle along the towpath.
It is also a former slate quarry town, and it still retains vestiges of this activity through small hills of slate residue (another name for Châteaulin: the blue hills).
Our town is crossed by the Aulne river, known for salmon fishing.
Our cottage is located a stone's throw from the Aulne quays and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station.

Avis aux oiseaux de passage : ce gîte est un nid douillet dans lequel il fait bon se poser pour la semaine.Le gîte lui même est très agréable et bien aménagé, les propriétaires sont particulièrement prévenants et accueillants.

Un séjour agréable. Le gîte est très bien situé. Plusieurs activités à proximité (char à voile, plage , saut en parachute et bien sûr la plage ).Un petit coin calme et agréable que ça soit en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Merci aux propriétaires pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre disponibilité.

Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte, rien ne manque. Très calme pour un logement en ville.Les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute.La localisation de Châteaulin permet de visiter plusieurs lieux emblématiques du Finistère avec une distance raisonnable par journée.
