Inside, you'll find an open-plan kitchen leading to a spacious living room with a piano, a scullery, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a 15m² bedroom with a double bed (160x190).
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and sea view, a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and sea view, a 16m² bedroom with a double bed, and a 25m² bedroom with a double bed (160x190), featuring two balconies, one with a sea view, and an en-suite shower room.
You will also find a separate toilet and a bathroom.
A garage for motorcycles and bicycles is available.
Outside, you'll enjoy a walled garden, a first terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a second terrace sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, with a lounge area and a private SPA for relaxation.
A reinforced charging station is available (free charging). You will stay in this house near the sea; just cross the road to reach this family-friendly beach.
Brest is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the Maritime Museum, Océanopolis, etc.

Grande maison sur un grand terrain, vous traversez la route et arrivez sur le GR34 et la 1ere plage, des levés et couchés de soleil magnifiquesNous partons depuis 22 ans avec Gites de France et c'est, assurément, une destination qui restera dans nos mémoires

Maison spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons pu profiter du SPA à la Toussaint ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour les équipements extérieurs à cette époque. Gîte très bien situé. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Dès l’accueil, on se sent bien.Les propriétaires sont prévenant et discrets.La maison,spacieuse,confortable,bien équipée et d'une propreté impeccable est idéale pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis venus en Bretagne pour la plage, la chasse sous-marine ou la pêche.nous y avons passé une super semaine au grand air.Merci Gérard et Elizabeth.
