Located in the charming commune of Trèbes, this fully equipped house welcomes you for a stay focused on relaxation and discovery.
Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards and crossed by the peaceful Canal du Midi, Trèbes is an ideal stopover to explore the richness of the local heritage.
Just a few minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, you can also enjoy many outdoor activities: bike rides along the canal, hikes in the Montagne Noire, wine tastings in the surrounding estates, or water sports on Lake Cavayère. Situated in a very quiet housing estate, the completely renovated and air-conditioned house offers: - An entrance leading to a living room with a large screen TV and pellet stove (included), an open fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker + Nespresso pod coffee maker), kettle (tea offered), fruit juicer, toaster. - A veranda with a table that converts to a billiard table. - A separate toilet. - A laundry room with a washing machine (detergent pods provided), storage space. Upstairs: - A bedroom with 2 electric 90cm beds, which can be pushed together, TV, and wardrobe. - A bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV, and wardrobe. - A suite with a 160cm bed, TV, shower cabin, vanity unit, and toilet. - A shower room with a cabin and vanity unit. - A separate toilet. In front of the house, a closed courtyard with a parking space secured by an electric gate. At the back, a synthetic grass garden offering: a dining area with garden furniture and barbecue, an activity area with an above-ground pool (6.10x3.60, depth 1.20, secured by a retractable ladder), a ping-pong table and games, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi in a small chalet.
The entire area is fenced. Available: Bicycles for women, men, and children, with all safety equipment + baby carrier. Complete baby equipment on site.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end!Très grande maison, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, deux salles de bain! Le plus est certainement l’espace jacuzzi au fond du jardin, la piscine et les autres équipements (billard, fléchettes, ping pong). Hôtes très accueillants et réactifs par message.La maison est équipée, il ne manque absolument rien.Idéal pour passer un bon moment.
