Here, directly on the popular surf and swimming beach of Utersum, you will find two fantastic apartments, perfectly suited for surfers, beach lovers, and anyone seeking peace and relaxation.
The proximity to the beach and the cozy atmosphere of our accommodations guarantee an unforgettable holiday on Föhr.
Let yourself be enchanted by the idyllic location and the lovingly furnished holiday apartment – your time out starts here! Please note that only one parking space is available for the entire house.
Another public, free parking space – the Utersum beach parking lot – is located approximately 500 meters or about a 7-minute walk from the property. Please note: Pets are allowed in this property from 01.11.2026. Garden use will cease from 01.11.2026. Apartment 02 on the first floor will delight not only surf enthusiasts but also everyone who wants to experience life directly on Utersum's sandy beach.
With fantastic views of the sea and the neighboring islands of Amrum and Sylt, as well as magnificent sunsets, every day becomes a special experience. The living area with an integrated dining nook and the large window front lets plenty of light into the room and offers a dreamlike view of the North Sea.
After a long day at the beach, the comfortable sofa invites you to relax.
Here you can enjoy the view with a drink or simply unwind. The high-quality double box-spring bed in the bedroom ensures a restful night's sleep, while the spacious wardrobe offers ample space for your holiday wardrobe.
In the children's room, the little ones will find two cozy single beds that ensure a restful night's sleep.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer, ist schön eingerichtet; der gemütliche Essplatz bietet bei guter Sicht einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zum Servicepersonal war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :)
