Welcome to our apartment house Lärchenheim in Neustift im Stubaital! Our apartment house Lärchenheim is located in the Neugasteig district of Neustift im Stubaital in a sunny, quiet location with a magnificent view of the Mischbach waterfall and the imposing Stubai Glacier.
You can reach the valley station of the glacier cable car in just a 10-minute drive, and it's only 5 km back to the village center of Neustift.
The bus stop for the free ski bus and the start of the beautifully groomed valley cross-country ski trail are just a few minutes' walk from our apartment house Lärchenheim; parallel to the cross-country ski trail runs the romantic winter hiking path through the snowy landscape.
Guests of our apartment house Lärchenheim enjoy special conditions in winter with a 5% discount at our own ski rental CarveIn. We offer you 4 cozy holiday apartments, approximately 60 m² in size and equipped with a lot of comfort, for 2-4 people.
The holiday apartments feature 2 bedrooms, each with a shower/WC, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, and a fantastic sun balcony, some with a terrace.
Use of the panorama swimming pool, the sauna and wellness area, and the children's playroom in the Alpenwellnesshotel Gasteigerhof, located 3 minutes away on foot, is included in the price.
If desired, the holiday apartment can also be booked with breakfast or half board.
We are happy to provide cribs and high chairs free of charge for our young guests.
Please use our ski storage room with ski boot dryer. Hiking in the magnificent mountain world, cycling on the valley floor on well-signposted routes, paragliding alone or in tandem with experienced pilots, climbing in the high ropes course – our beautiful Stubaital offers a diverse program for active and relaxed guests, for families with children or seniors.
The Lärchenheim apartment house is a member of the BIG Family Summer Club, which guarantees your children fun and games with a varied program. Free ski bus directly from the hotel or holiday apartment to the Stubai Glacier and back.
The other three ski areas in the Stubaital – the Elferlifte Neustift, Schlick 2000, and the Serleslifte Mieders – also guarantee unadulterated fun on perfectly groomed slopes.
In winter, we organize exciting torchlight hikes with our hotel guests. We look forward to meeting you personally! Your Siller Family The local tax is charged to guests who turn 16 in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night must be paid directly to the host on-site. The holiday apartment is available for you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Sehr herzlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang, geräumiges Appartment ( mit 2 Badezimmern!) mit tollem Bergblick, Möglichkeit der Nutzung des Schwimmbades im Hotel Gasteigerhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Alles in allem war es Superschön.
