The "Tinyapartment Souterrain" is a cozy and well-equipped retreat in a quiet and sunny location directly on the beautiful Faaker See. The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building and has its own entrance, ensuring privacy and independence.

The ceiling heights throughout the "Tiny Apartment" are slightly lower (approx. 2.1 m), but this is not an issue after an eventful day by the lake when you are looking for a place to retreat. In front of the apartment, there is a large stone terrace with a lounge set and barbecue, which can be used for BBQs. If this is too small for you, you can reserve a spot in the approximately 1000 m² garden. The directly connected and private bathing beach is secluded and available to guests of the apartment.

Wir sind angekommen in der Wohnung und fühlten uns gleich zu Hause. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt in der Wohnung. Alles war in einem Top Zustand und es gab nicht einen Moment wo man hätte die Nadel im Heuhaufen finden können.
Leider hatten wir nicht mehr Urlaub,... sonst wären wir länger geblieben.
Wir können die Wohnung mit auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
