Nestled in a vast, wooded park bordering the Vouge River, this elegant Burgundian residence, a former hunting lodge of the Château, welcomes you for a stay with family or friends.
The setting is authentic, peaceful, and idyllic.
This detached, fully air-conditioned house offers excellent comfort on two levels: On the ground floor: A large, bright living room with direct access to the private terrace, featuring a lounge area (flat-screen TV), dining area, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Two 12 m² bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed. A separate WC. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and walk-in shower.
A wellness room with a private spa. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: Five double bedrooms.
One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and four bedrooms with king-size beds (200 x 200 cm). A shower room with WC and a bathroom with WC. On the first floor: A wooden crib is available. Outside, a private, unfenced terrace offers a pleasant view of the park and is furnished with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, and a fire pit. There is also a pétanque court.
Another property is located within the grounds, but rest assured: the fully enclosed park is vast, spanning 4 hectares, guaranteeing everyone's privacy! Baby equipment is available upon request.
Secure parking is available on the property. Sheets, end-of-stay cleaning, towels, heating, and electricity are included.
A secure storage area is available for sports equipment or bicycles.
Two small pets are welcome. This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or for business trips. This cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of Burgundy: nearby vineyards, charming villages, historical sites (including the nearby Cîteaux Abbey), hiking trails, and a cycle path just a few kilometers away.

Tout était parfait : la disponibilité de notre hôte, la maison, le jardin, les équipements sur place, les enfants ont adoré le jacuzzi et le grand parc devant pour jouer. Et Dijon est vraiment juste à côté donc pratique pour le train et les visites...
