Upon entering, you'll access a pleasant, tree-lined courtyard of 30 m², perfect for your summer meals and outdoor relaxation.
An old, independent painting studio has been converted into an annex, offering a space with a sofa and desk, ideal for creative activities, reading, or simply escaping for a moment.
The fireplace is purely decorative. Inside the house, you'll be welcomed by a separate, fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, French press and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes for cooking as if you were at home.
The adjoining living area consists of a cozy lounge and a bright dining room, perfect for your family meals or convivial evenings.
A shower room and a separate toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a closed bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as a vanity area.
On this floor, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available for your comfort.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an iron. Although there is no private parking space at the property, you can park for free on the street a few meters from the house.
