Integrated living room-kitchen, with direct access to the terrace through large sliding doors that allow you to enjoy the sea views 🌊. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels.

Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine ☕, Italian and filter coffee maker, wine cooler 🍷 and all necessary utensils.

1 bedroom with double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and dressing room.


1 complete bathroom with shower.

Private garage with capacity for 2 cars.

Gardened outdoor areas.

All rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold) and high speed wifi (300 Mbps).



The pool heating service has an additional cost of 210€/week, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Maximum temperature 27ºC. Please advise 5 days in advance for activation.





🍼 Cot and highchair available on request (at no extra cost).




🧹 Full weekly cleaning included (for stays of more than 8 nights), with change of sheets and towels, and pool cleaning/maintenance twice a week.
