The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, plancha grill, raclette machine, fondue set... - A 20 m² veranda - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (a single bed (90x190) on top and a double bed (140×190) on the bottom) - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, tumble fan, iron and ironing board, plancha grill, fondue set, raclette machine.
Outside: - A sunny 200 m² garden, facing north-east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 10 m² terrace facing north-east The chairs on the veranda can be used outside.
The apartment is ideally located in Meillerie, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars and a market, are located 6 km away.
