The villa has step-free access and an accessible design for easy mobility. Outside, enjoy a private garden, heated indoor pool, football goals on grass, umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, and seating areas.
There is an outdoor shower, private barbecue, wood-burning fireplace with oven, and a climate-controlled wine cellar.
The 70 m² dining room is ideal for team meetings and celebrations. Up to 3 pets are welcome and events are allowed, provided they are communicated in advance.
