Casa Branca 36 is a cozy and functional 2-bedroom house, perfect for a peaceful stay in Funchal with all the essential amenities. With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it’s ideal for small families, couples, or groups of friends.
The home features one bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and direct access to the back patio, and a second bedroom with two single beds, also opening onto the patio – providing natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. There are two full bathrooms with showers, offering comfort for all guests. The living room is welcoming and ideal for spending quality time or unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for preparing meals with ease and convenience.
The highlight of the house is the outdoor patio – a perfect spot to enjoy Madeira’s mild climate, read a book, or share a meal outdoors.
The property also includes private parking, ensuring added convenience and security.

Located in a quiet area of Funchal, Casa Branca 36 offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and the city center. Its strategic location combines peaceful surroundings with proximity to the island’s main attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Madeira in comfort and freedom.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
