The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Asnelles, approximately 400 m from the beach, with a surface area of 44 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests.
It consists of a lovely 22 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 250 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A beautiful 290 m² private, unfenced garden with a south-facing terrace (furniture available to enjoy sunny days) The house is ideally located in Asnelles, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Visit historical sites (Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach, Sword Beach, Utah Beach, etc.), the Bayeux Tapestry, and numerous museums - Sports activities: sand yachting, horse riding, golf, swimming, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Bayeux, about 15 minutes away - Nearest airport: Caen, about 30 minutes away Other remarks: - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). Absolutely loved staying here. The location is beautiful and so peaceful — the perfect place to switch off, relax, and properly recharge. The hosts were fantastic — really welcoming, helpful, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The whole place had a warm, comfortable feel to it. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.”

Tout le nécessaire, très propre, moderne et fonctionnel, très bien placé pour effectuer un voyage sur la thématique du 6 juin 44 ou de la bataille de Normandie en général, a coté de la plage.

Très belle petite maison vraiment très proche de la plage d’Asnelle. Le lieu est comme sur les photos. Très propre, moderne, bien décoré avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La terrasse et les transats sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons très bientôt
