The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 49 m² house for rent in Savines-le-Lac, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 19 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2 (suitable for children only): a cot and a single mattress
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha grill, fan, ironing board.
Outside:
- An 18 m² terrace with a shed (for storing bikes, surfboards, skis, etc.). Furniture available to enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Savines-le-Lac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Gap, approximately 27 km away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble, approximately 167 km away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a clean condition and cleaning the appliances after use.
