Located in the peaceful heart of Ruoms, a charming historic village on the banks of the Ardèche, this 35 m² guest room welcomes you in a private bedroom with en-suite bathroom for 2 people.

Exceptionally, up to 5 people can be accommodated thanks to a second private bedroom, in which case you share the bathroom. The Jardin room has a double bed and a private terrace, while the Colline room offers a double bed and a single bed.

You benefit from a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets (private for 2 people, shared for 3 to 5 people). A well-equipped shared kitchen is at your disposal, as well as Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with video-on-demand, a fan, and a baby cot on request.

Breakfast, included in your stay, is served under the lime tree. Outside, you enjoy a pool, a private uncovered terrace, a shared garden, and a shared barbecue for outdoor meals.

Parties are not allowed. You will share the house with the owner, but all rooms and the bathroom assigned to you will remain exclusively yours.
