The accommodation will be ready upon your arrival: linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay, the place will be cleaned, and supplies will be provided (coffee pods, tea, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent pods), along with Wi-Fi access. Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge is available throughout your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: • A bright living room, the central part of the house, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, surrounded by large picture windows opening onto the patio and garden • A dining room open to the living room and office, with a large French door leading outside • A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and toaster • The Blue Room, with two single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as a double bed, a storage cabinet, and a closet • The Beige Room, with two single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as a double bed, a storage cabinet, and a closet • The Yellow Room with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a chest of drawers • A first bathroom located in the sleeping area on the ground floor, featuring a bathtub, towel warmer, double sink, bidet, and hair dryer • A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer • A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies and accessories, as well as indoor and outdoor games • Separate restrooms Outside, you'll find an unfenced 1,400 m² garden with outdoor lighting, a patio, and garden furniture.
A barbecue is also available so you can enjoy meals outdoors. You'll be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the property. Ideally located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, this accommodation offers a peaceful setting perfect for relaxation, while remaining close to the main attractions.
