Located in Caltagirone (Sicily), a city known for its ceramics, Guest House Casa Minardi is a very spacious and bright apartment with balconies equipped with mosquito screens.
The apartment, built with stone from Grandfather Peppino’s quarry, does not require air conditioning; a ceiling fan is sufficient in the summer, while in the winter the thick walls retain the heat from the heating system.
The bathroom is also spacious and features a tub/shower.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire 50 square metres.
The bedroom features a very comfortable massage chair, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs, and a coat rack with luggage storage; the living room has a sleeper sofa for a total of 5 guests, a flat-screen TV, a table with chairs, and a coat rack with luggage storage.
The entryway features a desk, a coat rack, and a refrigerator.
Guests will have access to bed linens, towels, and a complimentary toiletries kit (soap, shampoo/shower gel, shower cap), and upon request: shower slippers and a toothbrush kit.
Location & surroundings
The apartment is located about one and a half kilometres from the historic centre.
