Our central apartment is just off Gandia's grand Paseo walk, with it's treelined central park, shops cafes, & the regular bus to the beach; it's also an easy walk to the train station with it's direct link into the heart of Valencia.

The apartment is light and airy with 2 bedrooms 2 showers plus a courtyard space where you can dine in the spring & summer.

There's a a dedicated office/workstation area which has a desktop PC, high speed internet and a sofabed for occasional visitors.

The whole property is available to you.
There's only one neighbor with no party wall.
There is an intercom system as well with telephones in entrance hall and kitchen to announce visitors.
