Charming and quiet studio in the old town. Just steps away from shopping, fine dining, and bars. Right around the corner from the Kunsthaus museum, a 10-minute walk to the lake (Bellevue), and a 5-minute walk to the Limmat River through the old town.
Very quiet and lovely area, next to Zurich’s historic Old Town, 300 metres from the Kunsthaus art museum.
If you walk through the old town (5 minutes), you’ll arrive at the riverfront, where you can take the tram in either direction—to Bellevue or Zurich Central Station.

- Check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
- Make yourself at home; all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own.
- The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the bin is right in front of the building.
- No pets unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.
- Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided.
- The apartment and furniture are handed over in good working order and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of replacing the lock(s).

The studio is very pleasant, the windows can be opened wide and there are blackout curtains for the sun. The location is excellent—within walking distance to the train, the art museum and more. The host communicates clearly and responds quickly. I would definitely come back!
