Just a 2-minute drive from the charming town of Stresa and a 20-minute walk to the lakeside, with access to a shared pool, it is the ideal base for all ages. This attractive modern apartment is stylishly decorated with contemporary pieces.
The open-plan living space enjoys stunning views over Lake Maggiore from the French windows that open onto a shaded balcony.
The balcony has chairs where guests can relax, enjoying their peaceful surroundings.
There is also a café-style table and chairs for snacks al fresco. Back indoors, the seating area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining table that seats 4 people.
The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. The sleek, modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The residence’s shared swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip. Guests will find sun loungers or tables and chairs with parasols, where they can relax with a book in the tranquil surroundings. There are regular ferries to the islands from Stresa. For self-catering, Stresa’s market (Friday mornings) is a treasure trove for the best local produce.
Otherwise, there are many excellent grocery shops and supermarkets close by. Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 50-minute drive.

The apartment has a great lake view. The area is safe and quiet. An old mule trail goes above the property and is easily reached - so hiking to nearby villages can start from homebase. Very nice area and apartment.

Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig, der Ausblick auf den See von innen und natürlich auch vom Balkon war genial ! Leider hat man auf dieser Seite so gut wie nie die Sonne. Was uns etwas gefehlt hatte , waren Dinge wie : Geschirrhandtuch nur 1 x, Handtücher nur 2 x , Küchenrollen, Pflegeprodukte wie Duschgel oder Seife.
