DREAM LAKE 2 is an elegant one-bedroom apartment located in the picturesque district of Ruvigliana, just a few minutes from the center of Lugano, offering a breathtaking view of the lake. Designed to provide the perfect balance between comfort and functionality, it stands out for its modern and refined style.
Upon entering, you are immediately welcomed into a cozy and bright space. The living room is furnished with a round dining table, ideal for social moments, and a practical sofa bed for additional guests (Note: The sofa bed is not prepared upon your arrival because we believe it is fair for you to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows, and blankets in the closest wardrobe/shelf near the sofa). The minimalist design and neutral tones of the parquet flooring and furniture create a relaxing and harmonious atmosphere, enhancing the vivid colors of the surrounding landscape.
The kitchen, separate and adjacent to the living room, is equipped with appliances (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) and everything needed to cook like at home.
The bedroom, located at the end of a short corridor, features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe with open hangers. The large glass door opens onto a private balcony, offering a stunning lake view and allowing natural light to fill the space. The contemporary-style bathroom is complete with a shower.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous public parking options nearby, either paid or free with a time limit.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Ciani Park and Lugano Lido, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor swimming pool, lakeside beach, and tennis courts, are just a 6-minute drive away; Lugano\'s historic center is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) by walking along the beautiful \"Sentiero degli Ulivi.\" The summit of Mount Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who like to walk in 50 minutes by taking one of the trails.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Dream Lake 1 does not have private parking, but guests can park in the public parking lots near the building. You can park in two public car parks: one at the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with hourly discs, and one after the second curve, with paid public parking spaces.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at the \"Viganello, San Siro\" stop. Here, take bus No. 10 (Castagnola Capolinea direction) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at \"Ruvigliana, former Clinic\" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.

This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully.

Located a 15 minute walk from the lake (stairs). Easy to get to by bus. Pretty lake view. Spacious. AC and smart TV is a nice perk. Kitchen is decent size.
Hosts didn’t communicate well. Needed to call/contact day of booking multiple times to get info. Overcharged by hosts with no reason.
